I have been working as a practice manager since October 2013. It is a bit of a career change for me as I used to be chief accountant of a multinational company. Nevertheless, this role has its challenges – sometimes the NHS can be a confusing place to work and the pressures on resources are constantly increasing.

I am, however, proud that Fairview Medical Centre is one of the outstanding practices in Croydon. My job is to ensure that the practice runs smoothly and that the medical and other staff ensure the best medical treatment for the patient with the best patient experience. So, if you have any suggestions for improving the way the surgery works, or just want to say how good it is, then I am the man you need to contact.
